Our United Delivery Service programs have been designed and developed over many years to cater to a wide range of shipping needs.

Chicago

Beginning in the Chicago Metro area more than 50 years ago our Chicago facility is 20,000 sq. ft. and supports our next day and same day services supporting both residential and commercial clients.


Lombard

Our Lombard location is our main hub featuring a 65,000 sq.ft. facility supporting all are services including a fully automated conveyor, 30+ dock and drive up loading doors, as well as servicing routed and next day deliveries. At the facility we handle an excess of 100,000 packages daily.


Waukegan

Being the largest city in Lake County, our Waukegan hub is an an important location with a 20,000 sq. foot facility supporting our next day and same day delivery as well as delivered duty.


Aurora

Aurora is the second most populous city in Illinois and as such is an important hub in our network. Featuring a 15,000 sq. ft. facility which supports all our services including sorting, next day and same day delivery, routed and delivery duty.


Fort Wayne

As Indiana's second largest city our Fort Wayne facitlity is centrally located in our transport network, featuring a 10,000 sq. ft. facility supporting our same and next day delivery.


Griffith

Our Griffith facitlity is centrally located in our Midwestern network. It features s 55,000 sq. ft. facility and supports all our services including sorting, next day and same day delivery, routed and delivery duty.


Indianapolis

As Indiana's largest city, our Indiannapolis location is a critical piece of our network, providing quality service to the city and its suburbs. Featuring a 35,000 sq. ft. facility supporting all our services including sorting, next day and same day delivery, routed and delivery duty.


Peru

Our Peru facility supports our north central area of Illinois with its 30,000 sq. ft. facility supporting our various services like next and same day delivery.


Milwaukee

As Wisconsin's largest city, our Milwaukee location is a critical piece in our northern network, providing quality service to the city and its suburbs. Featuring a 25,000 sq. ft. facility supporting all our services including sorting, next day and same day delivery, routed and delivery duty.


Madison

As Wisconsin's second largest city, our Madison location is our western most location, providing quality service to the city and its suburbs including a large university. Featuring a 25,000 sq. ft. facility supporting all our services including sorting, next day and same day delivery, routed and delivery duty.


Machesney Park

Located in western Illinois, our Machesney Park location is a critical piece of our network which facilitates delivery to our Chicago Metro destinations and supports our services with its 10,000 sq. ft. facility.


Oakbrook

Our Oakbrook location houses our corporate offices which include our customer service and sales staff as well as various executives.


Schiller Park

Our Schiller Park location is uniquely located near Chicago's O'hare Airport. It is critical to our network for speedy delivery of same day and next day packages utilizing its 10,000 sq. ft. facility.


Green Bay

As our northern most located hub, our Green Bay location allows up provide full coverage to the Wisconsin area providing our services such as next and same day deliery, routed and delivery duty with its 11,000 sq. ft. facility.


Bloomington

As our southernmost located hub in Illinois, Bloomington's 10,000 sq. ft. facility allows us to cover central and south central Illinois. Bloomington supports next-day and same-day service as well as delivered duty.

Servicing the Midwest
United Delivery Service began in the Chicago Metro area more than 50 years ago. We quickly recognized that many of our clients needed service outside the area for their Residential and B2B solutions. We added On Demand, Route Distribution, and customized routing services to expand our reach across the Midwest.
As a Midwest Regional Carrier, UDS provides customers with cost savings, flexibility and personalized service that national carriers can’t match.
