FAQ

If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, the driver may have placed it in an obscure or safer location, please also check:

  • Back Porch
  • Bushes
  • Garage or Side Door(s)
  • Somewhere out of sight
  • Check with neighbors/others that may have received your package for you

If you are still unable to find your package, please reach out to our customer support team on the 'Track A Package' page.

Packages out for delivery are serviced Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (sometimes later) to residences and business addresses during normal business hours.
Packages may also occasionally be delivered on the weekend.

No, once an order has been placed, you will need to reach out to the Merchant for a cancellation request.

Delivery days and times are set by the Merchant and are not able to be changed by UDS.

Tracking information is only available for 30 days. If your Tracking Number is older than that, the tracking information will no longer be available.

If your Tracking Number is recent, please contact your shipping merchant to verify the Tracking Number.

When accessing the tracking page, you may view the following statuses which are dependent on where your package is in the delivery process.

  • Shipment Notification
      A label has been created for your package but has not arrived at a UDS facility.
  • Received
      Your package has been received at a UDS facility.
  • Out for Delivery
      Your package has left the warehouse and is on its way to be delivered to you.
  • Delayed
      Your package has experienced a delay in shipping.
  • Will-Call
      Your package was sent to will call to be picked up at a UDS facility.
  • Returned
      Your order has been returned to the shipping merchant.
  • Delivered
      Your order was successfully delivered.
